Senior Lead Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to join the Conduct Analytics and Reporting (CAR) Team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR Governance and Workforce Relations (HRGWR) leaders in developing innovative solutions that streamline regulatory, executive and operational reporting to enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of CAR developed products (including AI/ML solutions) through close collaboration with product owners and developers to achieve positive business outcomes. 


In this role, you will:

Advise, influence, and support leadership through discovery, product planning, requirements gathering, product design, development, and implementation of analytic solutions. Develop in-depth business expertise to identify opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps. Deliver strategically focused analytic solutions with consideration of industry dynamics, compliance, regulatory impact, and risk management. Serve as an expert advisor to leadership on complex, visible, and diverse analytic solutions. Ensure cross-functional dependencies and business readiness needs are articulated, managed, and addressed to successfully deliver on-time, quality analytic solutions. Manage processes and routines needed to ensure that products predictably deliver value, adjusting planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks. Inspect pre-release progress, recommend changes, and ensure timelines are met. Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams companywide. Ensure alignment with and completion of all internal control and process requirements. 


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
 2+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align. 


Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience leading analytics and reporting initiatives, with hands-on expertise using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, IBM ThoughtSpot, etc.) and data platforms (e.g., Teradata, SQL, GCP, Azure, etc.). A strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts prediction, optimization, classification, or sentiment analysis to drive insights and decision-making. Experience leading scrum teams in an Agile environment, with proficiency using Jira and Confluence. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder environments. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, influencing C-suite and cross-functional teams. 


Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted in Charlotte, NC (uptown);  and West Des Moines, IA.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
