Worley is seeking a Senior/Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, Nuclear, in Markham or Kincardine, Ontario with extensive experience in the Ontario nuclear industry. You will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality design packages while maintaining Worley’s standards for safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities\:

Supervise the development of I&C Engineering deliverables such as DSDs (Descriptive System Document), loop diagrams, logic narratives, instrument indexes, and system architecture.

Coordinating design execution and managing interfaces with clients and other engineering disciplines on projects or major work packages.

Ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements (CNSC, CSA N-series standards) and client specifications.

Support proposal development, scope definition, estimating, and scheduling activities.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers.

What you will bring\:

Technical and Industry Experience\: 

Senior level experience in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Experience working in the nuclear industry. 

Experience on OPG or Bruce Power projects is preferred.

Expertise in nuclear design standards including CSA N285, N286 and N299 series.

Experience with safety-class systems, trip logic, control system upgrades, and DCS/PLC architectures.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Eligible for nuclear site security clearance.

 

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training\:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.

Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
