**Date Posted:** 2025-06-06 **Country:** India **Location:** North Gate Business Park Sy.No 2/1, and Sy.No 2/2, KIAL Road, Venkatala Village, Chowdeshwari Layout, Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka 560064 **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Overview:** In this role the Senior Lead Engineer-Stress will actively involve in structural analysis of Landing System Components. **Position: Senior Lead Engineer (P3)** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Leading/performing structural analysis of aircraft components and assemblies while working as a part of integrated team. + Structural Analysis includes calculation of loads, static analysis and fatigue analysis. + Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components using Classical Analysis and Finite Element Analysis. + Generate documentation to report the analysis results to support certification. + Able to take ownership and handle the project with minimum dependency. + Ensure the analysis tasks are completed within the stipulated time and high quality. + Be a team player with an ability to communicate with cross functional teams, SBU and exhibit the go-getter type of attitude. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. + 7-10 years of relevant experience. + Experience in structural analysis of Metallic aircraft components and assemblies. + Experience with calculation of Loads, Static & Fatigue analysis. + Experience in Finite Elements Analysis Tool - Abaqus. + Hands on experience in design software (CATIA V5). + Robust understanding of engineering fundamentals such as Material properties, Free Body Diagrams, Loads & Analysis methods. + Strong Academic background with knowledge of Aerospace Domain. + Good understanding of Strength of Material, Engineering Drawing and Manufacturing Process.
