**Job Description:** **Position Summary** Seeking a highly skilled and experienced **team lead** to join our team. As the **team lead** you will work with a team of developers to build rich UI applications using NextJs/ReactJs/HTML/CSS/Contentful. **You are** + You're a strong technical contributor who enjoys striking a thoughtful, pragmatic balance between moving fast and writing high quality code + You bring an ownership mindset with you to the products and systems that you build + You adapt quickly and smoothly as priorities change and enjoy the rapid iteration that comes with an experimental and data-driven product development lifecycle + You have informed opinions about technology and system design and enjoy collaborative problem solving + You believe that direct but compassionate peer feedback and strong relationships within product teams are critical to organizational success + You're a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills + You are passionate about infrastructure as code and have experience provisioning and managing Cloud infrastructure using AWS CLI, AWS CloudFormation, AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), and/or TerraForm. **You have** + Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Typescript, NextJS, ReactJS and Node.js + 10-12 Years of experience with Full stack development using NextJs, ReactJs, AWS + 5+ Years of experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client and Contentful + Hands on experience of building/debugging CI/CD Pipelines using AWS + Experience in creating Rich user interfaces using ReactJS, NextJS, HTML 5, CSS libraries like SASS, Material UI etc. + Experience implementing analytics tags – preferably using Google Tag Manager + Knowledge of Accessibility issues and how to fix those issues + Knowledge of Python would be a plus. + Experience in writing automated unit tests + Experience with E2E testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright + Experience with code repositories and version control practices + Experience in agile development methodology **You will** + Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using NodeJs, NextJs and ReactJs + Use Contentful CMS for managing content. + Develop and maintain client-side rendering code for responsive web applications. + Work with the team to design and develop applications that are optimized for the front-end and backend. + Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. + Work with AWS hosted apps to ensure that applications are scalable and secure. + Uphold our core values of Transparency, Integrity, and Equality. + Understand the Business/Stakeholder/Technical requirements and assist in analyzing the existing solutions to address the needs.
