Position Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our team. As the team lead you will work with a team of developers to build rich UI applications using NextJs/ReactJs/HTML/CSS/Contentful.

You areYou're a strong technical contributor who enjoys striking a thoughtful, pragmatic balance between moving fast and writing high quality codeYou bring an ownership mindset with you to the products and systems that you buildYou adapt quickly and smoothly as priorities change and enjoy the rapid iteration that comes with an experimental and data-driven product development lifecycleYou have informed opinions about technology and system design and enjoy collaborative problem solvingYou believe that direct but compassionate peer feedback and strong relationships within product teams are critical to organizational successYou're a team player with strong written and verbal communication skillsYou are passionate about infrastructure as code and have experience provisioning and managing Cloud infrastructure using AWS CLI, AWS CloudFormation, AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), and/or TerraForm.You haveStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Typescript, NextJS, ReactJS and Node.js10-12 Years of experience with Full stack development using NextJs, ReactJs, AWS5+ Years of experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client and ContentfulHands on experience of building/debugging CI/CD Pipelines using AWSExperience in creating Rich user interfaces using ReactJS, NextJS, HTML 5, CSS libraries like SASS, Material UI etc.Experience implementing analytics tags – preferably using Google Tag ManagerKnowledge of Accessibility issues and how to fix those issuesKnowledge of Python would be a plus.Experience in writing automated unit testsExperience with E2E testing frameworks like Cypress or PlaywrightExperience with code repositories and version control practicesExperience in agile development methodologyYou willCollaborate with the team to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using NodeJs, NextJs and ReactJsUse Contentful CMS for managing content.Develop and maintain client-side rendering code for responsive web applications.Work with the team to design and develop applications that are optimized for the front-end and backend.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Work with AWS hosted apps to ensure that applications are scalable and secure.Uphold our core values of Transparency, Integrity, and Equality.Understand the Business/Stakeholder/Technical requirements and assist in analyzing the existing solutions to address the needs. Assist in creation of simple, modular, extensible functional design for the product/solution in adherence to the requirements.Develop highly innovative UI design, Web components, achieved through collaboration and dialogue with other experts in the field.Attend all technical discussions/design/development meetings and provide technical inputs to further enhance the code quality/process.Location:
