Key responsibilities: 

Create high-quality, realistic and/or sci-fi-inspired characters, outfits, and accessories, including both high-poly sculpts and optimized in-game assets. Demonstrate strong understanding of hard surface modeling, futuristic design, and traditional anatomy in character creation. Work with simulation tools, scanned data, or custom sculpting techniques to achieve top-tier visual fidelity. Collaborate closely with Lead and Senior Artists to maintain the creative vision and meet technical specifications of the project. Adapt to various art directions and stylistic requirements across different game projects. Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet internal quality benchmarks. Actively participate in peer reviews and provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency across the art team. Support and mentor Junior Artists by sharing best practices and workflows. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, references, and style guides.
