**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant responsible for leading the end-to-end redesign of a complex, business-critical assessment currently executed across multiple lines of business.
Crucial to this role is a seasoned leader with strong analytical capabilities, deep regulatory understanding, and the ability to influence at all levels. This high-impact role will be instrumental in reducing risk, improving consistency, and delivering enterprise-wide impact.
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Execution Assessment** : Assess the current state of execution across business units to identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies.
+ **Centralized Strategy Development** : Develop a centralized, target-state approach grounded in data, regulatory expectations, and operational best practices.
+ **Stakeholder Alignment** : Engage and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and secure buy-in.
+ **Implementation Leadership** : Lead implementation efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and sustainable execution model.
+ **Executive Advisory & Communication** : Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
+ **Complex Problem Solving** : Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
+ **Visionary Leadership** : Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
+ **Decision Facilitation** : Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
+ **Strategic Engagement** : Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
+ **Cross-Functional Team Direction** : Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Enterprise, Complaints, Remediation and Loudspeaker experience.
+ **Control & Issues Management** – Experience designing effective controls, managing control frameworks and resolving issues to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
+ **Execution Assessment** – Skilled in evaluating current execution practices across business units to uncover inefficiencies and inconsistencies.
+ **Centralized Strategy Development** – Expertise in designing a unified, target-state model based on data insights, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.
+ **Stakeholder Alignment** – Proven ability to engage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive strategic decisions with strong stakeholder buy-in.
+ **Process Execution & Optimization** – Capable of executing controls while providing actionable insights and feedback to enhance process design and operational effectiveness.
+ **Implementation Leadership** – Led successful implementation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and establishing sustainable execution models.
