Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a **Senior Lead Analytics Consultant** in Saint Louis Park, MN.  **Job Role and Responsibility: ** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in the customer remediation center of excellence supporting the remediation Analytics Team. In this role, you will advise experienced leadership to develop analytical strategies for complex business and technical needs. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring data from multiple sources. Design and lead complex projects, and data analyses. Perform and test highly complex data analytics for costumer remediation. Provide end-to-end ownership of analytics projects including requirements development, code development, testing, peer review, and data driven guidance/recommendations for remediation strategies. Design analysis projects flow and documentation that is structured for consistency, easy to understand, and to be offered to multiple levels of reviewers, partners, and regulatory agents demonstrating research and analysis completed. Investigate and ensure data integrity from multiple sources.  Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week.
