Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage a team of 30-50 air fulfillment specialists supporting international clients. + Oversee ticketing, fare filing/audit/load, re-issuance, and refunds with precision and efficiency. + Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met. + Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to drive operational excellence. + Act as the key point of contact for overseas clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. + Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: + Bachelor Degree's from any major + 3+ years of experience in air fulfillment, ticketing, or airline operations. + 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role. + Strong knowledge of GDS platforms (preferred). + English fluency is a must. + A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. + Flexibility to work in a possible shifting arrangement if needed.
