Senior Design Lead with Plant Design Management System (PDMS),Plant Modeling,Piping

Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the Plant Design Management System (PDMS), Plant Modeling, and Piping activities within the organization to ensure efficient design processes and project delivery. This role involves managing the design team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the design team involved in plant design management system (pdms), plant modeling, and piping projects.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize design processes and improve project efficiency.
3. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design activities with overall project requirements.
4. Oversee the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including technical drawings, models, and specifications.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards related to plant design management system (pdms), plant modeling, and piping.
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, addressing design challenges and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to address design issues, changes, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in plant design management system (pdms) software for creating and managing 3d plant models.
2. Strong knowledge of plant modeling techniques and tools for developing detailed plant layout designs.
3. Experience in piping design, including pipe routing, material selection, and piping specifications.
4. Excellent project management skills to lead design teams and drive project deliverables.
5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
6. Problem-solving skills to identify design issues, propose solutions, and ensure project success.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Plant Design Management System (PDMS) or Piping design are advantageous.
