As a Product Launch Manager for Amazon Device Solutions (ADS), you will orchestrate the technical delivery and launch of our innovative B2B products, including the Amazon Signage Stick and associated software services. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure successful technical implementation and market introduction of digital signage and smart office solutions for small and medium businesses (SMBs) and enterprise customers.
Your role is crucial in scaling our presence in the multi-billion dollar digital signage market and expanding our smart office offerings. You'll be responsible for coordinating complex technical launches across multiple channels, including direct sales, content management system (CMS) partners, and AV integrators. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive technical excellence in launches, ensure reliable product delivery, and create scalable launch processes. This role requires deep technical understanding, business acumen, strong program management skills, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
You'll be at the forefront of bringing innovative solutions to market that empower businesses to amplify their operations and customer engagement through connected devices and services.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technical launch planning and execution for ADS products, with emphasis on system integration, testing, and deployment readiness
• Develop and manage technical integration plans with key CMS partners and AV integrators to ensure successful product launches
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales) to align technical readiness, launch timelines, and dependencies
• Create and execute comprehensive launch programs that address technical requirements for both SMB and enterprise deployments
• Manage beta programs and technical validation processes, gathering performance metrics and system feedback
• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures for new product launches
• Collaborate with AWS and other technical teams to create integrated deployment strategies
• Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics post-launch, providing insights to improve future launches
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, establishing escalation paths to ensure smooth product introductions
• Drive continuous improvement in launch processes through automation and technical optimization
• Establish and track technical readiness metrics across product launches
