Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 / year

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Landfill Engineering team. While our preferred location is Toledo, Ohio we are open to other locations based on experience and project opportunities. 



Responsibilities: Lead and promote a safety culture within project teams.  Develop strategies, scopes of work, and budgets for projects.  Manage large, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.  Perform and oversee technical research, calculations, modeling, design, and report writing.  Develop and maintain client and regulatory relationships.  Mentor and guide other professionals.  Track project progress relative to schedules and budgets.  Ensure project quality meets company and professional standards.  Perform final peer reviews before product delivery.  Interact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.  10+ years of relevant experience in civil and waste management projects. Advanced degrees and cooperative education may count toward experience.  Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio.  Proven ability to manage projects, site development, permitting, design, and construction quality assurance/control.  Significant experience in landfill and waste management engineering.  Familiarity with RCRA, Subtitle C, and Subtitle D regulations for design and permitting of municipal, industrial, and/or coal combustion residual facilities.
