Your Work Environment at EXP
EXP is currently seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer / Project Manager for its Kingston/Ottawa Offices. Preference is for the Engineer to be located in Ottawa; however, suitable candidates located in Kingston who cannot re-locate can work remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process and provide design oversight for medium to large municipal infrastructure and land development projects in Eastern Ontario.

The Skills and Knowledge You Bring
Professional Engineer (P.Eng). Minimum 10 years of experience in the Municipal Infrastructure and land development design and construction. Brownfield redevelopment experience is an asset. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Project Management experience. Fully conversant with Microsoft software applications. Working knowledge of Modelling programs for storm water management (PCSWMM, XPSWMM, HEC-RAS) and water distribution (Water CAD, Water GEMS) is preferred but is not a requirement. Organized, works well under pressure and able to deal with situations with tact. A valid driver's license and vehicle is required. Demonstrated ability to perform individually or as a member of project teams. Ability to multi-task is critical, must be able to meet deadlines.EXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
