At the Sun Chemical - Color Materials site in Maastricht, we produce pigment preparations for plastics and raw materials for 3D printing with a team of about 90 people.

To expand our Quality Services team, we are looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician

 

 

As Senior Lab Technician you will be part of the EHS&Q team in Maastricht and you will be involved in:

 

Provide analytical (testing) support to the various internal customers and external customers to ensure the accuracy, timeline and clarity of the reported results. Ensure that all tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with the venue's EHS regulations/guidelines and EHS culture. Ensuring the conversion of safety data sheets into work instruction cards Developing new test methods To gain a broad understanding of the working procedures and to come up with suggestions for improving these procedures. Complete all tests in accordance with defined procedures. Ensure that the tests are completed according to the agreed timetables. In this position, you will report to the Supervisor Quality Services of the site in Maastricht.

 

Your profile (Wij vragen)

 

Level BOL-4, direction laboratory technology At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position in an industrial work environment - preferably in chemistry or the willingness to learn the work (internal); Self starter; Good communication skills in both Dutch and English; In addition, you are flexible and can set priorities well.
