Senior Laboratory Client Services Coordinator

Represents the laboratory to the public, physicians, patients and offices while answering incoming phones, processing orders and looking up patient results. Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infectious control standards so that the laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation and licensing agencies.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training and Successful completion of a phlebotomy program through a post-secondary school, college, military program or employer.Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification OrUpon hire: Washington Medical Assistant CertificationPrior experience in a laboratory or medical office.

Preferred qualifications:

Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred.
