This role exists to build strong, lasting relationships with key customers that help bring our vision –Create A Better World for Pets – to life. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll lead business development efforts that ensure our products reach more pets and their owners, while staying true to Mars’ values and commitment to excellence.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Developing and implementing long-term, strategic plans for cooperation with key clients.

Creating and executing business development strategies aligned with company priorities.

Preparing negotiation strategies and leading annual discussions with selected key accounts.

Driving market share growth within assigned sales channels.

Analyzing sell-in and sell-out data and take data-driven action to optimize results.

Organizing and conducting client presentations and workshops.

Providing accurate sales forecasting and ensure target delivery.

Monitoring competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Managing and evaluating promotional budgets and ROI.

Ensuring flawless execution of Perfect Store standards and initiatives.

Demonstrating goal orientation, removing obstacles effectively, and adapting communication style to influence outcomes.

What are we looking for?

University degree or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of experience in a Key Account Manager role, preferably in FMCG.

Proven track record of independently conducting and successfully concluding negotiations with key clients.

Deep understanding of the FMCG market and its operational dynamics.

Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Valid driving license (Category B).

Fluent English is a must.
