Senior Key Account Manager To our commercial hub based in Prague we are currently looking for: **SENIOR CHANNEL MANAGER** **THE ROLE** In this role you will be responsible for: + Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers + Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets + Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results + Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning + Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team + Tracking team output and performance against business objectives + Anticipating customers changes and improvements + Strategic planning to improve customer results + Very deep understanding of your business and your customer + Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department + Analyzing customer data to provide better results + Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers + Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain department **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** We’d love to see candidates who have: + 6 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales + 3 years of professional experience in people management + Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline + Experience in FMCG and with modern channel account management + Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills + Very good developed leadership skills + Proactivity, independence, and self-starter attitude + Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability of multitasking, prioritization, effective time management + Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) + Very good command of English language (writing, speaking, reading) + Team player, energetic, business driver **WHAT WE OFFER** + Interesting job in company being beauty leader based on permanent contract + Working tools (Company car, laptop, phone) + Opportunity to work in international environment + Independency and real impact of the effect of everyday wok + Possibility of building a professional path in the dynamic growing company promoting culture of kindness + Omni-Working: Hybrid flexible working model enabling 10 days of working from home per month Country/Region: CZ City: Prague
