Senior Key Account Manager, Fluoropolymers (Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Benelux) (m/f/d) Job Location: Düsseldorf, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany Employment Type: Regular Category: Sales Posting Date: Jul 2, 2025 Your Tasks: + Part of sales organization of ARKEMA-Germany, based in home office where access to the company network and for external contact is available (phone, fax, internet, mobile phone). + Close cooperation with sales and market management based in HQ (Colombes). + Close cooperation with R&D management and market oriented engineers for development & technical service based in Two R&D centers (Pierre-Benite, Serquigny). + Accountable to realize annual Budget in volume and margin. + Accountable for Business developments, develop new customers, new applications. Accountable for all reporting activity (Salesforce) Your Qualifications: + Ability to build strong relationships with strategic Key accounts, as well as internally (Business, R&D, Manufacturing). Abilty and skill to manage few but large accounts requiring strong partnerships. Decision maker & tough negotiator. Ability for synthetic & thorough analysis to define workable solutions to satisfy our key accounts. + Ability to value our service offer & product advantages at key accounts. + Strong technical background (CPI, Chemical, Semicond, Industry..) with knowledge of polymer chemistry, good understanding of technical and polymer processing + Good communication skills, ability to create contacts, dynamism - German and English mandatory- French as a plus.
