We’re looking for a Java Lead for Server-Side Development to:

• provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• help designing/Coding, conducting code reviews, and testing software as needed along with participation in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• provide technical, troubleshooting, and design guidance to other team members including team management and oversight responsibilities
• maintain health and hygiene of application portfolio and ensuring compliance with firm, regulatory, and legal guidelines
• understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $150000 to $205000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
