Senior Java Full-Stack Developer

We’re seeking someone to join our Security Design team as a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer in Cyber Data Risk & Resilience .

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer position at a Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities

What you'll do in the role:

Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.

Provide technical leadership and vision for software development projects.

Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns.

Collaborate with Security Architects, actively looking for opportunities of automation and innovation

Work on integration with various other systems in-house

Integrate AI solutions to foster innovation and boost Security Design Review accuracy and efficiency

Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality and reliability. {D Part 2: Scope of Role What you'll bring pre-set content based on tier framework + role-specific bullets}


What you'll bring to the role:

Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Tenure in both backend and frontend engineering (preferably Java and TypeScript)

Understanding of web applications and distributed systems

Familiarity with SQL / Relational databases

Strong problem solving skills

Track record of solving complex software engineering problems

Willingness to learn and apply new technologies

At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
