During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Java Developer who is experienced in designing and developing scalable applications. The role is based in Istanbul (Asian side) with a hybrid work setting, requiring two days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Ensure code quality by applying best practices such as SOLID principles and Clean Architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Develop and integrate SOAP and RESTful web services
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using testing frameworks
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Java Developer
Proficient in Java programming language
Experience with Maven for project management and build configuration
Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)
Experience with Hibernate (ORM)
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
Knowledge of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture
Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services
Experience with threading and multi-processing
