YOUR IMPACT
You will be responsible for delivering business value to customers by architecting effective information systems solutions that address the customer’s business problems, needs and opportunities. Facilitate the definition and refinement of cloud infrastructure automation strategy, architecture and standards, modernizing and rationalizing business and IT processes. Therefore, you will collaborate with project managers, presales and the account teams to ensure effective and efficient design, development, delivery, deployment, testing, operation and support to meet or exceed revenue, product, customer satisfaction and market share goals for assigned accounts.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Solution Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions using industry best practices and ITIL framework; Ensure ITSM solutions are scalable, secure, compliant and meet the customers’ business goalsPlatform Configuration & Customization: Integrate ITSM tools with existing IT infrastructureStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for the ITSM platformProcess Optimization: Develop automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksGovernance & Compliance: Ensure ITSM solutions are scalable, secure, compliant and meet the customers’ business goals (also mapped to Solution Design)Training & Support: Document solutions and processes for future reference
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
5+ years of proven experience in ITSM rolesHands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)Experience in designing and implementing ITIL-based processes (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change)Beneficial would be a background in enterprise architecture or solution designBeneficial would be experience in some of the following technical areas: public cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure), integration techniques (e.g. APIs, web services), data modelling and workflow automationRelevant certifications (e.g. ITIL intermediate or expert level, ServiceNow certified, TOGAF, PMP/Prince 2) are considered a plusFluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.
