Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our IT infrastructure and software solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and secure IT solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers, DevOps teams, and other IT staff.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Oversee system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to align IT strategy with business goals.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high availability of critical systems.

Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) and IT governance policies.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and large-scale projects.Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.Strong proficiency in programming (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript) and DevOps tools.Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, networking, and database management.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and IT service management (ITIL).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
