Main responsibilities
• Engage with business stakeholders and IT manager to plan yearly IT application roadmap for each site and business department.
• Collaborate with global, regional and external multidisciplinary teams to provide suitable IT application solution and responsible for solution implementation following Metso IT process.
• Collaborate closely with business team to deliver IT application in an agile way of working, on project management, solution development, testing and operation support.
• IT solution development with Power Platform and other Metso standard IT development tools.
• IT solution development based on local IT application, including local ERP/PLM/CRM and etc.
• IT solution innovation based on business requirements.
• Provide technically support for Metso digital solution in Metso China, with demands form global digital team and local business team
• Assist IT Manager in all subsequent scope of work assigned or identified not limiting to the above role and responsibilities description.
To succeed
Essential
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT business analysis, IT application development and IT application project management
• Prefer to have degree in Information Technology and Mineral Processing, or equivalent level of knowledge gained through combination of education, training and experience
• Good at Microsoft technology stack, including SharePoint, Power Platform, C#, Visual Studio Code and etc
• Experience with enterprise application including ERP, PLM, CRM and etc
• Experience with digital solution for mineral processing, for example mineral process optimization, equipment run optimization and etc.
• knowledge with data engineering and BI solution development
• Knowledge with software development in JAVA, PYTHON
• Knowledge with IT infrastructure management including networking, servers, cloud computing
• Proactive attitude, critical analysis, ability to summarize communication, and demonstrated success in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving service improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands. manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
