Kforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support a client in Downey, CA. This role requires regular onsite presence across multiple locations in Downey and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Capital construction projects and a proven ability to manage medium-scale IT initiatives from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage Capital project initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget * Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and senior leadership * Develop and execute detailed project plans including schedules, resource forecasts, and change management strategies * Monitor and manage project financials, including budget justification and cost tracking * Ensure compliance with established processes, policies, and SDLC standards * Promote project vision and maintain alignment of team capabilities with project demands * Identify and escalate risks, and recommend process improvements as needed * Support user adoption and training plans as part of organizational change management
