Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT PM for one of our largest financial clients in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end management across various deliverables for the Modern Data Platform (Hadoop) transformational program. This will involve high rigor, attention to detail and high complexity in a fast-paced environment. Will be responsible for enabling teams and Agile Release Trains to learn, implement, and mature Lean Agile principles and practices. Key responsibilities include training and coaching teams and lead roles on Agile and modern engineering practices and mentoring more junior Agile Coaches. This role empowers teams to become self-managing, fulfill their cross functional potential, and form an attitude of relentless improvement. They provide thought leadership relate d to Lean Agile, based on the experience they have built through multiple Agile transformation efforts, educating and influencing leaders, and guiding significant improvements to the operating model and the end to end delivery process.
