Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CTO projects ensuring quality delivery, within expected timelines & approved budgets from requirement definition through design, development, testing, rollout, and support * Oversee the requirements delivery, design, development, testing, and deployment of data architectures, databases, and analytics * Create and maintain information technology project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, dependencies, critical paths, status, and resource allocation * Perform project planning and sizing activities, identify resource requirements, and oversee a cross functional team capable of producing specified deliverables * Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to define project requirements and deliverables * Manage project risks, issues, interdependencies, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact * Manage a RAID log on an ongoing basis and facilitate risk mitigation, issue resolution and action planning to manage interdependencies * Ensure proper integration of MDM and work flow automation software capabilities with other business applications and systems * Work closely with developers, consultants, and third-party vendors to implement system customizations and enhancements * Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management and stakeholders * Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews * Develop and maintain a project budget sheet and track project financials at weekly and monthly intervals * Develop and execute a communications plan to identify and communicate major milestones and risks to achieving those milestones in a positive manner * Partner with Executive Stakeholders to build consensus
