Senior IT Project Manager – Workday & Payroll Integration

We’re hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the Workday Compensation and T&A module implementation, alongside ADP GlobalView integration. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with deep experience in Workday, payroll systems, and managing complex global projects.

You’ll play a key role in driving transformation across our HR and payroll landscape—working with global teams to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions on time and within budget.

 

The Role:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday modules and ADP integrations Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholders Ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly across regions and cultures, managing risks and priorities

What You Bring:

Minimum of 7 years in IT project management (incl. 4+ years in Workday & payroll implementations) Hands-on experience with global payroll rollouts & integrations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Proven success delivering on tight deadlines in global, matrixed environments
