As a Senior IT Project Management Specialist, you will manage both internal and external inquiries concerning eCommerce and web channel decommissioning operations. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, delivering prompt and efficient support to ensure a seamless transition to the new eCommerce. + Work with IT and development teams to resolve technical issues. Data Analysis and Reporting. Analyze support request trends and identify areas for improvement. + Ensure all business requirements are met and functional on the new eComm platform. + Ensure data readiness and work closely with the Customer Master Data team. + Work closely with development teams to resolve issues. + Execute UAT test cases, document results, and track issues. + Work closely with external users and gather feedback on functionalities and operational + Manage the transition process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders for an allocated IA GBE. + Provide facilitation and guidance to internal teams to ensure a successful transition to the new eCommerce platform + Work with cross-functional teams to execute the decommissioning of the web channel and ensure all functionalities are on the new platform. + Conduct analysis and gather data to assess the impact of decommissioning on business performance and ensure there’s a mitigation plan in place. + Work with the eCommerce Project Lead to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed during the transition process. + Proven experience in eCommerce, CX or Project Management related roles + SAP, SFDC, Hybris Knowledge + Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. + Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA) + Strong project management and organizational skills + Effective communication and collaboration skills. + Thoughtful mindset and problem-solving abilities Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
