Key Responsibilities + Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables + Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress + Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies + Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success + Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management + Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations + Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices YOU MUST HAVE + 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team. + Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
