This role ensures we deliver value to the business while managing dependencies, risks, and communications across teams. You’ll be instrumental in creating structure and accountability in our IT delivery process.\nHow You’ll Find Success:\n\nProgram Execution: Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and keep delivery aligned to business outcomes.\nStakeholder Partnership: Proactively build trust quickly with stakeholders across IT, business, and external vendors.\nChange Navigation - Anticipate blockers and manage ambiguity with composure and clarity.\nClear Communication - Translate technical and delivery details into compelling updates tailored to your audience. Keep everyone - from engineers to executives - informed with crisp, clear updates.\n\nHow You’ll Grow:\n\nEnterprise Exposure - Gain exposure to enterprise-level program governance and cross-org planning process.\nCross-Functional Collaboration - Build partnerships with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and executive sponsors.\nDelivery  Frameworks - Contribute to maturing our program management practices through playbooks, frameworks and mentoring.\nExpand your impact by shaping repeatable delivery models for future transformation initiatives.\n\nThings You’ll Do:\n\nEnd-to-End Program Management - Lead complex IT programs, from initiation through execution, risk management, and delivery.\nRequirement Analysis: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, and delivery milestones.\nManage multiple project teams across business units, IT, and vendors, ensuring aligned timelines and outcomes.\nTrack program health using appropriate tools and metrics, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed.\nConduct steering meetings, retrospectives, and decision forums with executive and operational stakeholders.\nProvide mentorship to junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n5+ years of experience managing IT programs of large-scale projects, preferably in complex environments.\nProven success delivering programs with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholders.\nStrong command of program/project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)\nExperience managing risk, scope, and dependencies across teams with competing priorities.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive level reporting.\nAbility to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and foster collaboration across organizational boundaries.\nBachelors’ degree in Business, Technology or related field.\nProject Management Professional or PRINCE certification\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team:\n\nWide Impact: System changes have broad visibility and significant impact across the organization.\nContinuous Learning: Opportunities for growth and expanding the scope of responsibilities.\nCollaborative Environment: Work across multiple departments to optimize systems and processes.\nAmazing Team Culture: Highly collaborative and supportive team culture\n\nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits:\n\nExperience Bonus Program: Unique experiences on the 1-year anniversary.\nWellness Reimbursement: Support for employee wellness.\nMental Health Benefit: 24/7 support for employees and dependents through Headspace.\nCertification & Ongoing-Learning: Access to various on-demand courses and certifications.\n\n \nJoin us in driving effective and innovative solutions for our organization!\n \nThe Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader.
