Driving Excellence in IT Process

 

At PMI, we are redefining how services are delivered and integrated across the business.

As an Senior IT Process Architect, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and overall Process Architecture and ensure that all changes to processes are integrated and optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with PMI’s goals. This role involves close collaboration with Process Owners and Process Managers to ensure that all processes are fit for purpose, continually improved, and seamlessly coordinated with other processes across the IT landscape. You will be required to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to align business objectives and optimize overall process performance.

 

Your day-to-day 

 

Develop and maintain the overall Process Architecture, ensuring that processes are well-documented, consistent, and adaptable to evolving business needsCoordinate all changes to ITIL-based processes, ensuring that these changes are aligned with other processes and systems within ITEnsure that all IT service management processes work in harmony, avoiding silos and enabling integrated service delivery across PMILead efforts to standardize processes where appropriate, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistency across multiple teams or platformsAct as a key liaison with Process Owners and Process Managers to support them in designing, sponsoring, and improving their processesCollaborate to ensure that processes are measured, monitored, and continually improved based on performance data and user feedbackProvide guidance and support to the Process Owners and service management teams, assisting in the design and continual improvement of ITIL processesSupport Process Managers by identifying opportunities for improvement in tools, and workflowsContribute to the measurement of process performance and recommend enhancements to increase productivity and customer satisfactionHelp establish process metrics and KPIs to track and improve process performance over timeDefine and enforce process governance policies to ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and ITPF standardsWork with other IT stakeholders to ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements and align with PMI goals

 

What is needed to succeed in this Role? 

 

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. ITIL certification required5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / ITIL process design, optimization and governanceFamiliarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and process automationIn-depth understanding of ITIL practices, including Continual Service Improvement (CSI), Process ArchitectureExcellent communication skills and strong track record of managing, engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with process integration across multiple platforms or service environmentsExpertise in developing and enforcing standardized processes across the organization
