The Mondelēz Consumer Solutions Global MDS (IT) Team is looking for a forward-thinking and technically minded **Senior IT Manager, Digital Commerce & Influencer Technology** to own the technology strategy and architectural roadmap for our digital commerce and influencer platforms. This role is crucial for defining and implementing the technical direction for two key areas: our global influencer governance platform and the core digital commerce tools that power our B2B2C and e-commerce marketplace business. The successful candidate will be the primary technical authority for these domains, responsible for driving tool selection, building out the tech strategy, and ensuring our platforms are scalable, compliant, and integrated to meet the needs of our global business.
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
+ Define and own the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for our global influencer governance platform.
+ Drive the technology strategy and selection process for all Digital Commerce tools used for our B2B2C and e-commerce marketplace business, including digital shelf measurement and syndication tools.
+ Partner with senior business stakeholders and product managers to translate high-level business objectives into robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.
+ Lead the technical evaluation and selection of external vendors and tools, ensuring they align with our strategic vision, architectural principles, and technical standards.
+ Collaborate with engineering, enterprise architecture, security, and legal teams to define technical specifications, roadmaps, and quality standards for all digital commerce and influencer tech initiatives.
+ Explain complex technical trade-offs and implementation recommendations for new tools and features to business users and other non-technical stakeholders.
+ Manage technical relationships with external partners (e.g., software vendors, system integrators), including reviewing their work and ensuring accountability for architectural integrity.

**_Required Skills:_**
+ A minimum of **5-7 years of experience in e-commerce technology management** or a similar technical leadership role.
+ Deep expertise in e-commerce platforms and technologies, with a proven track record of architecting and deploying digital commerce tools, including experience working in a product pod model.
+ Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and experience with influencer governance or management platforms.
+ Hands-on experience with and knowledge of Digital Shelf Analytics (DSA) tools such as Salsify, Vizit, and CommerceIQ, and Influencer Management tools (e.g. Captiv8)
+ Proficient in vendor evaluation and selection processes for enterprise-level software.
+ Extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects from conception through to implementation.
+ Robust background in digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of data-driven strategies and analytics.
+ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical visions and architectural trade-offs to both technical teams and senior business leadership.
+ Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at setting technical direction, prioritizing projects, and mobilizing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
+ Highly collaborative leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.
**Compensation:**
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
