Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and support for Oracle WMS, MSCA and related shipping systems.
Engage with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions.
Work with cross-functional IT teams to maintain Oracle applications for optimal performance and availability.
Apply technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality.
Facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of system capabilities and business requirements.
Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during implementation and roll-out projects and effectively report out to leadership team.
Analyse data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions.
Lead or support Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping application upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Over 10 years of experience in IT Oracle ERP Implementation or related roles including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis based on business requirements, process flow mapping etc.
At least 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Strong expertise in Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping, Inventory including System Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution, Process Optimization (Picking & Putaway processes)
Cross functional knowledge and experience in Oracle Order Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing modules that directly impacts WMS, MSCA and Shipping processes
Solid understanding of warehouse processes, logistics and supply chain operations
Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for system analysis and enhancement.
Experience integrating Oracle ERP to 3rd party applications or platforms is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve system issues and optimize processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams including documentation and technical writing skills for requirements and design specifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team fostering teamwork in a fast-paced ambitious environment.
