Your Key Responsibilities

 

Preparing concepts for activities to drive the adoption of modern workplace and office tools Implementing the activities, such as training and communication measures on an international level Checking the requirements for communication and trainings in allignment with the Employee IT product owners Cooperating with the stakeholders, such as Corporate Communications, Schaeffler Academy and external partners Gathering and evaluating user feedback Acting as an advocate by supporting technical specialists within the Employee IT to incorporate employee experience in their activities

 

Your Qualifications

 

Proven experience in communication design, content creation and campaign development Excellent English skills (min. C1), both written and spoken German language skills are an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint Strong design capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Familiarity with Confluence is an advantage Community management expertise: training delivery, event coordination and user support Skilled in managing diverse communication channels and tools Comfortable collaboration with IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders Solid understanding of user experience; experience with forms and surveys Competent in data analysis and visualization Flexible and effective interdisciplinary collaboration Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
