System One is actively seeking a Senior IT Category Manager for a long-term contract position located in Denver, CO. IT-focused Category Manager supporting transformational projects (Customer Information System, SAP S/4 transformation, other IT initiatives). IT Category Manager responsibilities: + Will handle contract negotiations, vendor management, and sourcing for complex technology projects. + Engaging with IT stakeholders on transformation projects. + Contract negotiations and vendor management. + Supporting ongoing projects without much ramp-up time. + Possible vendor or client site visits. + Collaborative, cross-functional, but role requires a high degree of independence. IT Category Manager Requirements: + IT sourcing/contracting (10+ years). + Experience with SAP contracting and utility-based IT projects. + Negotiation and vendor management. + Customer Information Systems (CIS) background preferred. + Utility/energy experience is desirable. + Multi-vendor environment contracting. + Systems integrator services experience. Pay Range: $100.00/hr. - $103.00/hr.
