As a Senior IT Auditor, you will play a critical role in delivering agile audits that assess the effectiveness of our technology and cybersecurity controls. Our audits support strategic decision-making across the business, ensuring our IT environment is secure, resilient, and aligned to enterprise goals.

You’ll collaborate with Lead Senior Auditors and Audit Senior Managers to plan, execute, and report on technology-focused audits across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data governance domains. This role offers exposure to senior IT and business stakeholders, allowing you to deepen your technical acumen and influence meaningful change. You may also coach Staff Auditors and contribute to internal initiatives like quality reviews, innovation pilots, or training programs.

What You Will Do

Audit Execution: Support IT audits from planning through reporting. Conduct walkthroughs, assess technology risks, and test controls across key IT processes and systems.Cyber & Tech Risk Insights: Evaluate IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, cloud, cybersecurity, data privacy, and emerging technologies. Identify and communicate areas of exposure and improvement.Agile Project Management: Collaborate with audit and business teams to execute projects on time. Leverage audit tools, frameworks, and data analysis techniques to maximize efficiency.Reporting & Communication: Clearly document and communicate audit findings, risk implications, and recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.Business Alignment: Ensure audits align to strategic business and technology priorities. Deliver insights that help drive secure and scalable IT operations.Collaboration & Development: Work within a high-performing team, contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, and mentor peers where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field

• 2+ years of IT audit (internal or external) or relevant technology experience

• Familiarity with IT risk, controls, and security frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's DegreeCPA, CIA, CISA or related fieldRetail business experience preferred
