Senior IT Audit Manager
Description We are looking for a Senior IT Audit Manager to join our team in McKinney, Texas. In this role, you will oversee complex IT audits, ensuring compliance with global standards and enhancing operational efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to lead efforts in evaluating system controls, managing IT risks, and driving improvements across various processes. Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive IT audits to fulfill the annual audit plan. • Develop and document the scope, objectives, and methodologies for audit engagements in alignment with global standards. • Evaluate internal system controls for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Identify IT risks and collaborate on implementing audit recommendations to mitigate them. • Support the organization’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews. • Present audit findings to management, offering actionable recommendations to enhance operations and ensure regulatory compliance. • Communicate potential audit issues clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders. • Utilize data mining techniques and ERP systems to enhance audit processes and analysis. • Promote adherence to established frameworks like CobiT to maintain robust IT governance. If interested, please send your resume to derek.kemp@roberthalf.c0m Requirements • Extensive experience in IT auditing with a strong understanding of audit plans and reports. • Proficiency in using frameworks such as CobiT and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. • Skilled in data mining techniques to extract and analyze information effectively. • Expertise in evaluating information systems and internal controls. • Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to identify and manage IT risks while implementing audit recommendations. • Familiarity with CRM systems and IT governance practices.
