Join the Intuit Mailchimp organization, focused on the iOS Mobile App, as a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the continuous development and support of Mailchimp's mobile applications. You will be instrumental in both developing new features and maintaining existing ones and will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, backend engineers, and native engineers. **What you'll bring** + 5+ years’ experience developing mobile applications using iOS technologies like Swift, SwiftUI + Familiarity with Objective-C and UIKit in legacy codebases + BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience + Has basic understanding of the foundations of AI and is conversant with AI Native principles + Understands what data and metrics are needed for building and evaluating models + 3+ years’ experience in the Software design/architecture process + 5+ years’ experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST, GraphQL or Protobuf + Proficiency with architecture patterns such as MVVM and MVC + Solid communication skills to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences + Experience with unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD) + Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large scale, consumer facing web or mobile applications + Familiar with the development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available mobile applications + Experience with big data and analytics for mobile applications + Experience with various, modern iOS frameworks + Always Be Learning: Experience with open-source technologies (if no practical work experience w/ large scale mobile apps — you’re prototyping and/or researching up-and-coming technology and solutions) **How you will lead** + Take pride in creating mobile apps that deliver exceptional user experiences + Have deep empathy for our customers; keep the user's experience top of mind when building features + Expertise in translating design (Figma, PSD, etc.) and product requirements into working iOS code + Shepherd mobile features from concept through to implementation + Collaborate in ideation, scoping, estimating, and prioritizing work while investigating and resolving defects + Ensure high application performance and quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews + Provide mentorship and coaching to team members EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
