We’re looking for a Senior Investment Fund Reporting Specialist to:

• be responsible for managing day-to-day business-related operations including areas Factsheets production and NAV data reporting
• produce a key set of periodic reporting, procedures, and controls to ensure oversight, accuracy and validity of the respective processes along the value chain of mutual funds
• liaise with portfolio managers, clients and their representatives (including external institutional clients, i.e. fund sponsors, external investment managers) regarding reporting requirements, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner
• be responsible for delivery of marketing materials (factsheets) for a variety of investment funds (different asset classes, investment strategies, legal structures), domiciled in Switzerland and in EU
• preparation of special content related to the reporting process, like preparation of fund’s portfolio breakdowns (including analysis of product’s performance and document narratives)
• preparation of other client reports comprising fund's performance, key master data, portfolio breakdowns and valuation data
