POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all tasks associated with Inventory Control management. Works in laboratory and
warehouse environments under various temperatures including room temperature (15–25 Cº),
cold-room (2-8 Cº), and/or freezer-room (-20 to -23 º). Performs work of a highly repetitive nature.
Will walk, stand, reach, and lift between 15-80 lbs. on a continuous basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Provides comprehensive Inventory Control reports.
*Prepares and leads weekly team Tier Board meetings
*Provide Reports to Leadership in the absence of Manager and Lead (Dploy-Cycle Count, NC Scrap).
*Monthly/Quarterly EO Report Management: Reviews and completes all necessary processes associated with the Quarterly EO report, coordinating with Finance and Operations.
*Developing and optimizing inventory management systems.
*Point person to answer any questions on inventory.
* Follow well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP’s and work instructions.
*Assisting in the implementation and updates of inventory control procedures.
*Maintaining accurate inventory records.
*Supporting inventory audits and reporting.
*Performing regular inventory cycle counts and reconciliations.
*Support quarantine and disposition on non-conforming material
*Responsible for understanding and implementing relevant company and department
Policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
Two years of related experience
Intermediate, ERP and Microsoft Office skills
Forklift certification

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $18.54–$27.81.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
