The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the certification and delivery readiness of the Boeing 787 aircraft. This position requires a proactive individual who can work cross-functionally to address and resolve complex issues while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and systems engineering, to facilitate the certification and delivery readiness of the 787 aircraft.Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate design and manufacturing processes across multiple engineering disciplines.Apply engineering judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve design and integration challenges, particularly in electrical and systems engineering domains.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and timelines.Demonstrate strong soft skills to foster teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Influence issue resolution with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.Maintain extensive knowledge of design, manufacturing, electrical, and systems engineering processes to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts.Document and report on project progress, challenges, and resolutions to management and stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)9 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical
education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the Boeing 787 or similar aircraft programs.Familiarity with certification processes and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.Drug Free Workplace:
