The Senior Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for end to end quote-to-order delivery to customers across various process industries (such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power and Renewables) while supporting Emerson’s sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s stakeholders through remote communication or site visits Quote-to-Order Execution – take ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Quote-to-Order scope delivery within the assigned business portfolio, following the standard process Ensure the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed Proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality Ensure stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges Knowledge Sharing – acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree Experience in inside sales, commercial operations, or quote-to-order roles, preferably in a technical or industrial environment Experience managing end-to-end sales processes (from quoting to order fulfillment) Understanding of quote-to-order systems and commercial processes; familiarity with CRM systems and ERP tools Proficiency in English with a second European language preferred (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills; Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders Willingness to travel mainly for shorter periods (up to 10%) as required.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
