Senior Inside Sales Representative *SaaS* Hybrid

***This is a hybrid position requiring working from our Coppell, TX office on a weekly basis.***

As a Sr. Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for Wolters Kluwer Research & Learning, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth to new customers within a designated territory.  This includes developing and keeping current on all assigned products in addition to learning and following the Wolters Kluwer sales methodology/process. This is a virtual, telephonic inbound/outbound sales role where you will be responsible for generating revenue and/or profit margin in small accounts.  You will learn sales techniques on an ongoing basis and report daily and weekly activity to management.  You will report to the Manager, Inside Sales – Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, Research & Learning.

YOU WILL

Achieve/exceed assigned sales targetsMeet and exceed weekly activity metricsDevelop and maintain strong knowledge of complete portfolio of assigned products, and general knowledge of all TAA NA software offeringsMaintain general knowledge of competitive solutionsBuild and foster on-going relationships with prospects (and customers) to add value and advance salesArticulate value proposition of TAA NAIdentify scope of opportunities within prospect (and customer) business structureApply sales process and methods to present solutions to prospects, overcome objections and use persuasive selling techniques to close salesExecute in-depth sales cycle incorporating solution sets with multifaceted componentsDocument all activity and maintain accurate forecasting/current status of pipeline within CRMImplement and execute territory planning to optimize performance against quotaAssess pipeline and reprioritize sales activity as necessary to ensure monthly quotas can be metEngage Solutions Design to provide pre-sales support as needed for demos and technical questionsOther duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

YOU HAVE

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; OR if no degree, equivalent years of relevant sales experience

Minimum Experience:

2+ years’ of B2B/B2C/B2G inside/virtual sales or consultative client service experience in a comparable role promoting intangible products and services.  Or, if no prior sales or client service experience; must have relevant work experience as a tax practitionerProficiency with Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM application

Preferred Experience: 

Experience selling SaaS/software or digital content productsPrior Tax & Accounting Industry or Financial Services Software/SaaS sales experienceFormalized sales training (e.g., Holden, Complex Sale, Solutions Selling, Miller Heiman, The Challenger Sales Module)

Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Demonstrated experience with consultative sales approach, developing and qualifying prospect lists and making presentations to prospective clients to explain the business' products and services and their alignment with client needsExperience carrying a quota and exceeding sales targets; preferably in a hunter sales roleAbility to work flexible hours
