What You'll Be Doing

Support the sales team with order entry, pricing, and customer account managementRespond to customer inquiries and coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliveryMaintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communicationsAssist in preparing sales reports and forecasts using internal systemsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting with frequent interaction via phone and email. Occasional visits to plant or customer sites may be required. The role involves working closely with sales, dispatch, and operations teams.
