Salary Range: $92,153 to $115,189 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)
Hiring Range: $92,151 to $103,670 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)

The Role:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Infrastructure Services you will be responsible for installing, supporting, maintaining and upgrading the Region's technology infrastructure in order to meet the functional needs of regional business
Responsibilities:
Act as a technical lead for Infrastructure Operations team to upgrade and troubleshoot existing technology infrastructure or research and implement new technology infrastructure solutions Participate in the design, documentation and deployment of all technology infrastructure components; as well as vulnerability patching, OS maintenance and daily operational infrastructure tasksProvide technical application support for both Incidents, Service Requests, Project and operational workProvide technical support and administration for Service Now within IT OperationsProvide administration and tuning for operating systems, Azure Entra ID, Azure/AWS Native Workloads, Office 365, Intune, MECM, Storage Area Network, Backup, VMware 7/8 Hypervisor, Avaya Aura 8 Communications Manager, Cisco network and Wi-Fi Infrastructure, Session Border Controllers, MS Teams Direct Routing Provide technical support to Infrastructure Operations in resolving technology infrastructure incidents and problemsMonitor and respond to all infrastructure alerts during business hours and participate in providing 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basisIdentify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Section and/or the Division
Qualifications:
University or college graduate in computer science or related discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar technology infrastructure environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Linux 8.x, ESXi 7/8.x, Avaya Communication ManagerExpert knowledge of networking systems, protocols, and standards such as Ethernet, LAN, WAN, VoIP, TCP/IP, 802.1x, OSPF, STP, RSTP, VRRP, BGP, VLANs, Port Channel, etc.Minimum 5 years experience installing, configuring and supporting network switches, routers and other network devicesMinimum 3 years experience installing, configuring and supporting servers/services within MS AzureExpert knowledge with CLI (Cisco, Azure, VMWare, PowerShell)Experience with HPE Backup and SAN TechnologiesAware of best practices in Information Technology service delivery such as SDLC, PMBOK and ITILLifting of equipment routinely required
