**Description and Requirements**
**You will:**
+ Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand channel partnerships and drive revenue growth.
+ Identify and engage with potential channel partners, building strong relationships to enhance collaboration and mutual success.
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, offering, delivery, operation, etc) to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies.
+ Monitor and report on the performance of channel partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
+ Represent Lenovo PCCW Solutions at industry events and conferences, promoting our solutions and capabilities.
**You bring:**
+ Proven experience in sales, business development and channel partnership management, preferably in the IT and technology sector.
+ Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud, and data practices.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
+ Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ Technical proficiency in solution architecture, including experience with AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
