Job Title: Senior Industry Advisor
Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Industry Advisor at our Newtown Square, PA location to adopt standardized approaches for value-based sales activities in focus industries and related solutions.
Expectations and Tasks:
Support the development of pipeline build strategies and scale initiatives resulting in increased industry pipeline, revenue, and elevation of SAP’s leadership position in an industry segment in partnership with regional sales and the Virtual Account Team. Provide sales cycle support on solutions specific to the industry. Execute a scalable program or activity in focused industry segments. Lead and drive the development of Industry business plan aligned with Sales leadership and Industry Business Unit. Enable and industrialize Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales and the broader Virtual Account Teams. Design and execute events, social, and digital plans to develop leads leveraging new content, benchmarking, tools available. Present at industry and customer conferences. Lead early-stage customer executive meetings. Lead industry-relevant customer engagements. Work with Virtual Account Team to develop and refine customer deliverables to incorporate industry relevance and SAP differentiated value proposition. Develop thought leadership and practice development project for a key line of business buying centers in industry. Identify and build a pipeline of customer reference stories to showcase industry value metrics.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
· Sales Industry;
· Presentation Skills using Microsoft Powerpoint and Power BI;
· Knowledge Transfer Methodology;
· Consultative Selling;
· Competition and sales analysis; and
· SAP Products Computing.

The annual base salary range for this position is $112,643 - $175,050. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $137,300 - $233,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
