The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO.

This position will be responsible to lead the security programs for multiple Training contracts.  The selected candidate will ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action.

Position Responsibilities:

Communicates results to security management and customers

Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

Communicates results to security management, Program Management and external customers

Supports Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities when required

Ensures programs are in place to protect government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures

Develops, implements and administers an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or complex programs

Ensures the security awareness training and education program, established by the Facility Security Officer (FSO), is in place and followed to ensure program personnel are properly trained on security requirements

Performs Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements

Performs Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years

3+ years of experience with Industrial Security

3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5+ years of experience in Industrial Security

Experience with NISP programs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
