Development, Implementation, and Governance of Industrial Planning You are fully accountable for designing and executing detailed industrial plans for each assigned program, ensuring alignment with established milestones (S1–S11). This duty includes: • Producing comprehensive and realistic timelines, resource plans, and critical path activities. • Institute robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure progress and ensure full compliance at every stage. • Proactively identifying and managing risks, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur. • You must guarantee that all program phases deliverables are met on time, on budget, and to specification, and be prepared to provide rigorous justifications for any variance to the senior leadership team. 2. Primary Industrial Representative and Stakeholder Collaboration As the lead industrial voice in the SSGB senior leadership team, you are responsible for: • Articulating industrial concerns and requirements at the executive level. • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders (Heads of Operations, Industrial Engineering, Program Directors, and other functions). • Facilitating effective communication, negotiating priorities, and resolving conflicts as they arise. • You are directly accountable for ensuring industrial input is integral to all major decisions and for driving consensus toward program goals. 3. Resource Management and Performance Accountability. You are expected to assure that all resources—people, machines, and materials—are correctly planned, available, and deployed for optimal program 4.
